Thanks for the replies. I will have to work in both a Windows environment and another system, so I will check out g++ and emacs, Code Fusion and Visual C++, after all, the money has to be spent ... Which reminds me of: what was the name of the commercial program recommended by a few people a while ago for running Windows under Linux?
