tlug: Time Sync w/ linux & NT

The subject says it all. Does anyone know of a way to make linux syncronize
the system time with an NT server? I know I can install and NTP server on
NT but is there a way to access the same system that is used by
net time \\server
from windows based machines? I'm getting kind of desperate here..
