No, I doubt C programs annoy Chris.  Nor Perl/Python or Octave, and
probably not even Glade, for that matter.  Even if he doesn't use them.

But the misuse of SAS has destroyed whole countries[1], because the
fools using it understood neither statistics nor economics.

[1]  Exaggerating for effect, I'll admit.  But the World Bank has made
policy decisions on the basis of statistical analyses that were later
shown to be completely meaningless.  Hearsay, of course; I've never
worked there.
