Things *have* changed quite a bit. Although my own preference is for SuSE 6.4 and Debian. For a general intro have a look at..... http://www.sheflug.co.uk/isdn.htm this is only introductory but this page has helped many people in many countries. You can also do a search on Dan Kegels ISDN page. That's at Caltech in California with mirrors in other countries.
