Mule for Turbo Linux

I just obtained Turbo Linux 6.0 Japanese version and  I can't find  mule
in it.  I tried to look for elsewhere (rpmfind.net etc) but when I
installed it always conflict with Canna and Wnn that's already packaged
by Turbo Linux.
There is emacs in the package but it doesn't work with Japanese
characters.
can anyone help me by pointing me to the site I can download mule for
Turbo Linux or configure emacs to accept Japanese characters.
