Don't do this.  Look very carefully at the mechanism behind getpwent(),
as well as the reasons for the existence of mailwrapper.

Don't do this either.  Use the sendmail-supplied m4 macros to configure
sendmail.  Mailconf is almost as bad as that damned WIDE configurator ...
