I would like to display Japanese characters as IndexedFaceSets in VRML. I found a commercial program that takes the fonts available on the system and lets me create one 3D character at a time, but it is not possbile to automate that process, so I have been told by support. I was wondering whether there is an open source version of such a program. My search so far turned up nothing, but that might be due to wrong search terms. Or is there some tool to get the relevant information about the fonts? Uli
