Probably Flets.ADSL, using basically the same infrastructure they use
for Flets.ISDN, except that user-NTT connection is (over PPPoE?) over
ADSL.

Someone should mention e-Access which is cooperating with lots of ISPs 
(including GOL, from which a number of you are working at, I gather) to
provide ADSL service.  You get to choose the provider, but I don't know
what kind of policy toward servers/IP allocation they use or whether
they vary with provider.

And what about the rumor that NTT is planning to provide FTTH?  I also
heard Usen is considering the same thing.
