The systems most likely to be an issue are the following: 1. video(if you need X) 2. NIC(beware of the 3c905c onboard) 3. IDE Raid. just about everything else should be covered, but you need to check out the details of those parts. I have had alot of difficulty with this box and Debian, but RH 7.0 installed painlessly. I haven't used one yet, but what I've heard is that the servers which are advertised with Linux work very well with the included Linux.. My limited experience with other companies offering "Linux compatible" is that the models that don't ship with Linux may have subsystems that are not supported, and that the ones that do come with Linux may need special drivers for the subsystems.
