Sorry if this is an FAQ, but how does one stop the Gnome Help and File Manager from launching when X starts. I've looked though the docs and configuration programs and can't see anything. (And if you were about to ask why I use Gnome and not KDE, well knowing nothing about either, I tossed a coin during installation.)
