Yes.. also from your log: (==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/XF86Config-4" please read this output before posting in the future. The answer was there the entire time. For those who care X 4.0 uses the above config as default to allow the co-existance with X 3.3.x If the above file doesn't exist it then looks at /etc/X11/XF86Config //Matt
