when I tried wavelan, I just plugged it in and off it went. one thing though, I am using 2.4.x but I disabled the kernel supplied pcmcia options and used pcmcia-cs available on sourceforge. Apparently (when I last checked) the kernel pcmcia drivers are very primitave. Tim.
