I have a large (with many char sets) Unicode font from Agfa that I have been working with and noticed that anytime I try to start an application using it, the X font server seems think it must render the entire font. This can take up to several minutes making it really unusable. Has anyone noticed behaviour like this? I'm using FreeType. I can get more details if needed. Thanks -- Marc C. http://www.mecworks.com
