It most cases the ISP will give you a T3 with a bandwidth cap on it. The ideal behind it was that, since it cost the same to layout the lines you might as well get a cap T3 then a T2. That way you don't have to layout another line when you need more bandwidth. {just {re|un}cap it instead) One of the companies I used to work for had an OC12 layout for that reason and they were only using T3. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott M.
