Because depending on your viewpoint, qmail has either no bugs, or one
bug (that bug being DJB himself).  All of DJB's detractors that I've
given sufficient amounts of beer to admit that his software is damn
good.

All that the qmail license does is force distributors to do the
RightThang[tm]: distribute as source+patches, and compile on the spot.

I'd be willing to bet that Wiley X himself has not that much objection
to the qmail license (but he's of the "one-bug" school of thought).
