[tlug] TIME CHANGE: Nomikai Announcement - 04/19/2002

Hi Guys.

Reservation time has been changed, so that it's easier for people with
day-time job to come.  Some people said 18:30 was too early for them.

Please note that it's 19:00 - 21:00.

The reservation is for 20 - 24 people.
