What is create/edit files in SJIS and convert them to UTF-8 for the CVS? Converters:

Also are the CVS problems with SJIS charset itself or with new lines only? Are the resource
files made under Windows? If you first convert them to Unix newlines (\r\n) and after that
insert them in the CVS?
