Nope. In script you go to the bottom of directories, them step one 
level up and remove. Quite different from:

  Mauro> find . -inum idex -exec rm -rf {}
                                  ~~~~~~~~
Sure this won't work. {} will give command line too long... 

Your onle-line solution is actually equivalent to even shorter one-line:
rm -rf idex. :)
