You see, your; (Repair filesystem)1# is a shell prompt. You are expected to type in a command there. maybe you can try some familiar commands like "ls" or "pwd" there, to see what's going on. When you feel confident, type "fsck" there, and see what happens. I don't know why you feel your machine has been cracked. It's probably some corrupt file or some disk error.
