You've gotten some RPMs installed that had bad md5 checksums - either because they were corrupt or intentionally comprimised.  If it's the latter, how can you trust anything on that system?  

Personally, I'd recommend backing up any user-created files and stuff you can't replace, wiping the system clean and re-installing from new media, unless you want to go through the system with a fine-toothed comb.

Where did you get the disc set that you're installing from, BTW?
