My experience with them in Red Hat 8.0 (I was curious--so sue me) was that they are just as shitty as these sorts of tools have always been. I used the graphical package tool, which corrupted my RPM database once and destroyed it another time. I used the user / groups tool, which somehow managed to cause the rest of the redhat-config tools to segfault. I was *not* impressed with 8.0--of course, I have not been impressed with a Red Hat x.0 release since 5.0. -- Josh Glover <jmglov@example.com> Associate Systems Administrator INCOGEN, Inc. http://www.incogen.com/ GPG keyID 0x62386967 (7479 1A7A 46E6 041D 67AE 2546 A867 DBB1 6238 6967) gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 62386967Attachment: pgp00027.pgp
