Linuxiso might be the most reliable legal source - they have the "Eval" 
distro. (Very fast, when I've used it.)

I'd also look for someone doing it via BitTorrent - I was able to 
download the Ximian iso the other day in less than an hour, IIRC.
BitTorrent has built-in on the fly checksumming, so the downloads are 
reliable, as long as you trust the source.
