[tlug] Building Linux router/firewall box

I want to build a Linux router/firewall box for a 100 Mb line we have at 
the office. I was thinking of setting up a minimal RH install, setting 
up routing tables and iptables.

I found the how-to and am reading through it but I also found something 
called FREESCO (Free Cisco).

Does anyone have any experience with FREESCO. Would you recommend it?
