You should not have to put links from /usr/include/wnn/* to
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/include/wnn !!
wnn has no business being in
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/include/wnn.

Sounds like either your freewnn package may be broken, try remerging it,
if that is not the problem then the im-ja-0.6-ebuild is probably broken,
can you manually compile it? (Yes I know that seems odd, being a gentoo
user and all but sometimes you need to do it to make sure that the
ebuild author ain't made a boo boo or something).

I haven't tried im-ja-0.6.ebuild yet, but my guess is that it's the
problem NOT im-ja
