Hi, folks--

A friend of mine would like to get some Japanese documentation on
dealing w/ the Verisign thing (as explained below). Has anyone seen a
good, concise how-to on the subject?

BTW, apologies if this has already been asked and answered ... I have to
be out the door five minutes ago.
