Trying to get it to do just that now: > Usage: > The im-ja-xim-server should be used similarly to kinput2. Meaning I start it up with 'im-ja-xim-server &' in .xinitrc, I suppose. Done. It's running alright, I can see it in the process list. Unlike kinput2 there's no need to add "-canna" or something as an option, right? > After starting the im-ja-xim-server, it should be available in your > application after you start it like this: > $ XMODIFIERS=@example.com=im-ja-xim-server your_app Well, not quite. 'XMODIFIERS=@example.com=im-ja-xim-server oowriter" doesn't do much, I'm afraid. F5, in Openoffice, is assigned for headline/body style templates, and Shift+Space doesn't work, either. How do you get the input for Openoffice going? > In addition to CVS, source and debian packages are at > http://siliconium.net/~boti/im-ja/ (They are still named v0.8) FYI, I filed a report at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33123 to accelerate its portage tree ascension... :) Cheers Ulrich PlateAttachment: pgp00006.pgp
