[tlug] Problems connecting to Gentoo servers

Is anyone having problems connecting to Gentoo servers.  Over the last
couple of months I have been having lots of problems connecting to
http://bugs.gentoo.org/ and http://formun.gentoo.org/ and currently I
can't connect to http://www.gentoo.org/  Each time I have checked with
people on the #gentoo irc channel they said they could connect so I
presume it is not a server problems.  My ISP is Dion.  It seems to
happen every couple of days.
