Interested in having one? Yes.  Can I design one? I'm a total zero
at drawing.  Brett's chugging Tux is an interesting theme, though.
Perhaps Tux could be drunkenly clutching at a number 10 for support,
and there could be E/J bilingual text that reads Tokyo Linux Users
Group  10th Anniversary.  Perhaps Tux and the 10 on the left and
the text to the right, or something?
