NB: Eben Moglen is also the FSF's lawyer and the author of the legal
terminology in the GNU General Public License, and he's working pro
bono for ideological reasons. In other words, he's personally
inclined and professionally obligated to bash SCO. Doesn't mean that
anything he writes is false, but caveat lector---this is advocacy, not
analysis or legal advice, despite the way he presents it.

Note that on the face of it his argument applies in the short run only
to those who have acquired a license from SCO by downloading their
version (Caldera?) of Linux. Better get yours now!
