[tlug] Tech Meeting

Dear TLUGERS,

I'm very sorry but I wasn't able to properly organize this month
meeting. First the meeting room wasn't available, then the speakers
couldn't agree on a common date and now I'm suddenly leaving the
country for three weeks.

The plan is as follows.

1. The Technical meeting will be held on May 15th (no matter what)
2. The Nomikai meeting will be organized by Alberto on Apr 9th

We will also have elections on May 15th and the openings are:

1. President
2. Vise-president
3. Sysadmin

Again I'm so sorry, I tried  my best but COULDN'T organize it, this
time the circumstances didn't help at all..
