If you'd all be so kind as to allow me to burn a little bandwidth. (happily waving to the old-timers, nodding gravely to the newer members) Always assume goodwill. That's one of the fondest memories I have of the TLUG days in the late 1990s. I still cringe when I come across some of my earliest questions in the TLUG archives - it constantly remindes me to be kind to my students. Everyone has to learn everything for the first time.
