Or you can just run them both.  I've got .8 and .9 on my computer and 
although I mainly use .9, I occasionally still use .8 - they don't seem 
to recognize each other at all, so they can both be run simultaneously.  
(Mozilla 1.7 automatically updated Mozilla 1.6.)
