NetBSD also has a live CD. Their driver is presumably different.
You could try your namesake's RepliCoaster; although it's intended to
be used for backup rather than recovery, it is a "live" CD, and Frank
specifically intended it to be used to back up Windows as well as
Linux boxes. I don't think it was ever published anywhere, write him
directly: "Frank Bennett" <bennett@example.com>.
