I did three installs - two on test machines - one a clean install (no 
problems at all, except my KVM switch doesn't remember the settings for 
some reason, so I have to readjust the monitor when I use that machine), 
one on a test computer as an upgrade that I haven't spent much time 
playing around with, and one on a work machine, the one I've been having 
some trouble with.  Yes, the work machine was an upgrade install and it 
began life as 9.0, so that's probably the issue.  One vital question 
there - do you know how to back up Mozilla?  Other than that, I've 
pretty much begun taking my first steps towards wiping the slate clean 
and putting in a clean install.

Incidentally, for all of the minor problems, they haven't shut the 
machine down as a worker, so I'm hoping the glitches will be sorted out, 
but it probably would be best to start over on this box.....
