I downloaded a couple of dictionary databases, but when I try to add 
them, I get this:

Dictionary file is non-UTF: /home/user/kanjidic.gz
Please convert it to UTF-8. See the docs for more.

How are they converted to UTF-8?  I'll try goggling I guess...
