You are more than welcome to make revisions to Godwin's document and
email them to tlug-admin, if you feel things are outdated. Godwin did
not explicitly state a licence on his page, but Scott Robbins and I
can almost certainly obtain permission to post the modified version as
our new TLUG Netiquette Guide.

DIY is the name of the game, and Godwin DIH and DIH pretty well, so we
have been using his Netiquette document for three years or so. This
was agreed upon by the List Moderators, who were granted permission to
decide things like that back in the summer of 2002. Again, all of this
is addressable on tulg-admin if you would like to suggest
improvements.
