I hear some ppl suggest going to another nearby country(Korea etc), and 
taking a course in English, as it works out far cheaper, even including 
the airfare(depending on when, of course), than doing it in Tokyo. An 
example, an Isreali friend, worked it out to be almost $1000 US cheaper, 
to go home to Isreal for the CCNA course, compared to Japan.
