Maybe yes, maybe no. 

Examine the timestamps of the Received: lines in the header to 
get a better clue of where mail was delayed. Explore your mail 
reader to view the full header or read its manual. 

You might also gain an appreciation of why sysadmins want 
accurate clocks.
