I'd make sure that there are case fans on the hard drives themselves and then setup a fan or two to ensure the systems have good air circulation. In other words you want the heat to go outside of the case and then you want the heat to go away from the case. There are little fans that sit on the hard drives and there are little fans that mount on the 5.25 drive bay openings. You can even get fans that mount In card slots and remove heat from the system in general. I like case designs with fans blowing accross the hard drives to keep them nice and cool.
