Evan Monroig <evan.monroig@example.com> wrote that Google wrote: > Thank you for taking the time to report this problem. To get attention do something _really_ unusual, like send a letter on paper in an envelope. How do you feel when you get a real letter written by real person that makes you think? A well crafted paper letter really stands out, especially when written to a specific person and caters to what that particular cares about. How many million emails does Google or Yahoo get each day about their service? I would guess that most are from clueless users complaining about things stupid things. So your clueful email gets lost in the noise. Email is so easy to blow off, so play the services against each other. You can also stir up publicity on blogs and the like.
