[tlug] online code snippet repository

Dear Tlug,

From the japanese magazine "Software Design", I found a nice code 
snippet repository [1] not unlike the code paste website that Josh 
Glover talked about a few weeks ago.

I am just trying it and it looks quite nice to use :). Here [2] is my 
first snippet.

only downside, it is powered by RubyOnRails and not a python-based 
framework... just kidding ;)
