Otherwise, it is probably safe to assume that if you change a page more than once a day, simply incrementing the second number will accomplish what you want, namely getting the browser to notice that a change has occured. I guess that this is a non-standard META tag, as I don't see it in the normal list of HTTP-EQUIV tags: http://vancouver-webpages.com/META/metatags.detail.html#equiv Cheers, Josh
