Hello all,

This is a preannouncement to remind you that we will have a technical
meeting this Saturday.  It will be held at our usual location, Wall
Street Associates Japan.  Stephen J. Turnbull and I are working on a
more detailed synopsis, but the general gist of the meeting will be
free and open source licensing.  More details later.
