Principally that's interesting, could you please explain your concept

Maybe, but certainly not freely available, so it should be written from scratch...

Kanji Dic is nice.
But what I was talking above is a sorting in the japanese dictionary, not searching for kanji, but for words containing a specific kanji in a specific position and sorting the words in various different ways (like furigana, or stroke count or a kanji dic number the same way.)

A start point could be Jim's dic files, but I was just giving suggestions ^_^

also, like Stephen said 'some kind of standard query language.' would be very usefull/nice too.
