Moving these to the top and removing the server section of the second head made the glx hardware acceleration work in a 32-bit debian jail. Unfortunately, the mesa-glx drivers in the amd64 version of xorg in debian are broken, so there is no opengl in 64-bit debian yet (resulting in "No such visual" errors), though this is already fixed in xorg upstream.
