[tlug] Firefox scrollbars config

Is there any way to get Firefox scrollbars to "jump a fraction of the
way", ie, if I click at the midpoint of the scrollbar gutter it takes
me to approximately the midpoint of the page?

For beginning and end the Home and End keys do the job, and for paging
the PageUp and PageDown keys work.  But it seems like the only way to
go "right ... *there*" is to drag the scrollbar thumb, which gets
tiring.
