On a VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY slow system.  Sheesh, pkg_add took 3 hours?

Isn't that also the case with Ubuntu, which you listed as poor in
multimedia?

Actually, I have to give a bit of credit to Fedora 6.  So far, it's the
only distro running xorg-7.1 that works with my old Matrox Millenium
G200 video card.  None of the others do, even with the latest
xf86-video-mga update.  

In fairness to the other distros, I haven't googled past the point of
seeng there was an update that supposedly fixed it, and that this was in
Edgy, then seeing that Edgy still didn't work with it.  FC6 had no
trouble with it, it was completely transparent.
