It's not always that easy to find, especially for many tluggers, who
don't have English as their first language.  

However, if you go to

http://www.tlug.jp/list.php

 and look at the paragraph beginning with "Questions like, 'What is
Linux?'  you'll see the last sentence in the paragraph gives the
username and password for the archives.  

(This is not a comment on your English--yours seems excellent).
