Well, a switch _should_ be totally transparent to azureus/ktorrent
unless it's a layer3-switch and is setup to do some filtering.

But I have a switch, that has 'acted up' occasionally in the past
and required a powercycle to get it to work correctly again, however
with this one it meant complete loss of connectivity (no link, IIRC).
