Koff Koff - CIDR anyone?

It'd be *one* network if it was 10.0.0.0/8.

Oh lookie - I can fit 2 networks in there: 10.0.0.0/9 and 10.128.0.0/9.

Or there can be 256 networks of 65,534 machines 10.x.0.0/16

You get the picture... Just showing an address range isn't sufficient
to draw any conclusions as to the number of networks within that
address space. For that you also need the netmask.
